  শিক্ষায় আধুনিক শিক্ষকের ভূমিকা || Role of modern teacher in education            পরিবর্তিত সমাজব্যবস্থায় শিক্ষকের ভূমিকাকে নতুনভাবে দেখা প্রয়োজন। পূর্বে শিক্ষকের একমাত্র ভূমিকা ছিল অকণ বা শিক্ষাদান। আধুনিক শিক্ষাব্যবস্থায় শিক্ষকের প্রধান ভূমিকা শিক্ষাদান হলেও পাশাপাশি একাধিক ভূমিকা পালনের কথা বলা হয়। আধুনিক শিক্ষায় শিক্ষকের ভূমিকা সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করা হল। (1) শিক্ষণ প্রক্রিয়ায় শিক্ষকের ভূমিকা:  শিক্ষণ প্রক্রিয়ায় শিক্ষকের ভূমিকাকে প্রধানত তিনটি দিক থেকে বিবেচনা করা হয়① শিখন সহায়ক, ② সংযোগরক্ষাকারী এবং ③ মাধ্যম। • শিখন সহায়কের ভূমিকা:  (i) শিক্ষক পাঠ বিষয়কে সহজ ও সুষ্ঠুভাবে শিক্ষার্থীদের নিকট তুলে ধরেন।  (ii) বিষয়বস্তুকে মনস্তত্ত্ব এবং যুক্তিসম্মতভাবে সংগঠিত করে শিক্ষার্থীদের শিখনকে সহজ করে তোলেন। (iii) শিক্ষার্থীদের বয়স, বোধগম্যতার স্তর এবং পাঠ্য বিষয়ের চাহিদা পুরণ করে তিনি পাঠদানের কৌশল স্থির করেন।  (iv) বিষয়টি শিক্ষার্থীদের কত জরুরি তা উপলব্ধিতে তিনি সাহায্য করেন।  (v) প্রশ্নোত্তরকালে তিনি প্রয়োজনমতো সংকেত সরবরাহ করেন।...

  নিয়ন্ত্রিত বা প্রথাগত শিক্ষা ।।Formal Education আদিম সমাজব্যবস্থায় মানুষের জীবন ছিল সরল। তাই সে যুগে প্রথাগত শিক্ষার প্রয়োজন দেখা দেয়নি। গৃহপরিবেশে পরিবারই শিশুর শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে যথেষ্ট ছিল। কিন্তু সমাজজীবনে জটিলতা বৃদ্ধির কারণে নতুন নতুন সমস্যার উদ্ভব ঘটলে মানুষ বুঝতে পারে যে, প্রশিক্ষণ ছাড়া ওই সমস্ত সমস্যার সমাধান সম্ভব নয়। ফলে আনুষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার প্রয়োজন দেখা দেয়। ধীরে ধীরে গড়ে ওঠে নিয়ন্ত্রিত শিক্ষা বা প্রথাগত শিক্ষা (Formal Education)। বিশিষ্ট শিক্ষাবিদগণ নানান সময়ে নানান ভাবে প্রথাগত শিক্ষার সংজ্ঞা নিরূপণ করেছেন। এখানে কয়েকটি সংজ্ঞা উল্লেখ করা হল- ► সমাজ দ্বারা নির্ধারিত সামাজিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে সচেতনভাবে এবং উদ্দেশ্যপূর্ণভাবে নির্দিষ্ট পাঠক্রম অনুসারে শিক্ষার্থীদের যে বিশেষ শিক্ষাদান করা হয়, তাই হল প্রথাবদ্ধ বা বিধিবদ্ধ বা নিয়ন্ত্রিত শিক্ষা।  ►নিয়ন্ত্রিত বা প্রথাগত শিক্ষার বৈশিষ্ট্য : বিধিবদ্ধ শিক্ষার ইতিহাস পর্যালোচনা করলে দেখা যায় যে, সমাজ তার নিজের প্রয়োজনে বিদ্যালয় স্থাপন করে। বহু বিবর্তনের মধ্যে দিয়ে শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলি বর্তমানে নিয়ন্ত্রিত রূপ পেয়েছ...
